About this Event

We will examine the current state of the laws around marijuana in Pennsylvania, including legal use of medical marijuana and the proposed legalization of the recreational use of marijuana.   While the rules governing CDL holders is fairly clear, for other employees things are hazy.  We will look at recent case law and then look ahead to what the picture may look like if marijuana becomes legal for recreational purposes.
